July 2025 - PUBLIC MEETING: In-person and Virtual statutory meeting on Monday, July 28, 2025 @ 1:30 pm at the City's Planning and Development Committee (PDC).

The Recommendation Report (12p PDF) is posted as an attachment, and states "That Planning and Building staff report back to PDC in approximately 120 days from the date of this PDC meeting, or following a resubmission filed by the applicant that adequately addresses all the issues identified in this report."
