July 2025 - PUBLIC MEETING: In-person and Virtual statutory meeting on Monday, July 28, 2025 @ 1:30 pm at the City's Planning and Development Committee (PDC).

▶ View PDC Agenda (Item 6.1).  The Recommendation Report (12p PDF) is posted as an attachment, and states "That Planning and Building staff report back to PDC in approximately 120 days from the date of this PDC meeting, or following a resubmission filed by the applicant that adequately addresses all the issues identified in this report."

▶ NEWS ARTICLE: Controversial 10-storey Mississauga condo proposal requires additional environmental impact study, say city planning staff.  Some residents consider the 188-unit application “too big” for the Lakeshore Road site and a threat to sensitive ecological lands.
